Kars Goose Meat (Dried)

Kg of goose meat is between 1.9 kg - 2 kg on average.

You can choose up to 4kg from the option section.

Our geese are slaughtered in Kars Goose, Local Goose and Çorum Goose.

After the goose meat is cleaned, it is salted abundantly, then the printing and drying processes are started.

The drying process continues for 20-25 days. It is dried in the frost and sunlight, and during this time it takes its salt.

There are only goose inside (no neck, wings, internal organs).


What is the difference between Raw goose meat and Dried goose meat?

Fresh goose meat; After the goose is slaughtered, its internal organs are cleaned and salted and stored at -18 degrees.

Dried goose meat; After the goose is slaughtered, it is cleaned and salted, and then left to dry (open air in the frosty) for 20-25 days to be dried.

1 – All products are sent from stock on the same day.

2 – Your cargo will be sent on the same day until 15.30 on Monday-Friday on weekdays and 11.30 on Saturday.

3 – Orders placed on Sunday and public holidays will be shipped on the first business day following.

4 – If you buy more than one product from our listings, all products will be sent as a single cargo package.

Note: Your orders within Istanbul can be delivered by hand from Marmaray train station stops.

Our products are sent to all over Turkey as a cold chain with thick styrofoam and ice batteries. There is absolutely no damage to your products during the shipping and delivery period.
