tencereye koyduktan sonra kazın üst seviyesine kadar soğuk su koyuyoruz
Ateş eşliğinde 2 ila 2,5 saat arasında kaynamaya bırakıyoruz
Çatal but a rahat bir şekilde batana kadar kaynamış oluyor
Kaz etimiz piştiğine göre isteğe bağlı fırına koyabiliriz
fırın tepsisine koyduktan sonra üzerine aralıklı kendi yağından yemek kası ile dökebiliriz daha güzel kızarması için yaklaşık 30 dakika kalmalıdır.

1 – All products are sent from stock on the same day.
2 – Your cargo will be sent on the same day until 15.30 on Monday-Friday on weekdays and 11.30 on Saturday.
3 – Orders placed on Sunday and public holidays will be shipped on the first business day following.
4 – If you buy more than one product from our listings, all products will be sent as a single cargo package.
Note: Your orders within Istanbul can be delivered by hand from Marmaray train station stops.
Our products are sent to all over Turkey as a cold chain with thick styrofoam and ice batteries. There is absolutely no damage to your products during the shipping and delivery period.
